Lead Validity & Usage

  • Leads are valid only within the active plan period.
  • Unused leads do not carry forward after plan expiry.
  • Leads are assigned based on availability and service demand.

Call Done & Cancellation

  • A lead is considered valid once customer contact details are shared.
  • Customer not answering calls is not treated as a cancelled lead.
  • Repeated call avoidance by technician may affect future lead priority.

Refund & Lead Replacement

  • Plans and leads are non-refundable once activated.
  • Leads cancelled due to incorrect details may be reviewed for replacement.
  • Refunds are not applicable for low conversion or missed calls.

Commission Plan Rules

  • Commission plan operates on a 30% service value basis.
  • Commission plans receive limited and non-priority leads.
  • Repeated non-compliance may result in plan suspension.
